Laser cutting, plasma cutting, slitting and cut-to-length — our own machine park in Dilovası

Cutting is a paid service on top of the material price and is done on our own machines in the Dilovası plant, so a container can leave with coils, blanks and finished parts from the same order. Send a DXF or a cutting list; we return a priced nesting within one working day.

Fibre laser cutting

Fibre laser up to 25 mm carbon steel, 20 mm stainless, 15 mm aluminium, bed 6 000 × 2 000 mm (larger on request). Tolerance ±0.1 mm, oxide-free nitrogen cut on stainless and galvanized. Typical parts: brackets, gussets, base plates, flanges, perforated panels to drawing.

Plasma cutting

HD plasma up to 80 mm on a 12 000 × 3 000 mm table for heavy plate: machine bases, crane parts, shipbuilding pieces. Bevel cutting for weld prep on request.

Slitting

Slitting lines for 0.30–6.00 mm coil, widths from 20 mm, coil weight up to 25 t. Galvanized, pre-painted, cold-rolled and hot-rolled pickled strip for tube mills, roll-formers and stampers. Slit coils are packed eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall on pallets for container shipping.

Cut-to-length and blanks

CTL lines for 0.40–12 mm: flat sheets and blanks up to 6 000 mm long with levelling; stacked, strapped and wrapped per customer length list. Sheet sizes 1 000 / 1 250 / 1 500 × 2 000 / 2 500 / 3 000 / 6 000 mm from stock.

Pricing and lead time

Cutting is charged per running metre (laser/plasma) or per ton (slitting/CTL) on top of the material list price; the offer states both lines. Lead time 3–7 working days after drawing approval, added to the material lead time only when the material is not in stock.
