Welding and fabrication — frames, skids, structures and assemblies to EN 1090
Cut, drilled and folded parts become structures in our fabrication shop: welded to EN 1090-2, inspected, blasted, painted and loaded in containers. For export customers it means buying the finished mezzanine, skid, frame or hopper from the same place as the steel — one supplier, one certificate chain, one shipment.
Shop and certification
4 000 m² fabrication hall with 2 × 10 t cranes, EN 1090-1 certified (EXC2, EXC3 with project WPQR), EN ISO 3834-3 welding quality, welders qualified to EN ISO 9606-1 (MAG 135/136, MMA 111, TIG 141, SAW 121); welding coordinator IWE; NDT by visual, MT and UT (level 2), RT through partner labs. Capacity about 400 t of fabricated steel a month, single pieces to 20 t and 20 m.

Process and documentation
- Design from your drawings or IFC / Tekla model; shop drawings and cutting lists by our drawing office (detailing of connections on request)
- Material from our stock with EN 10204 3.1 traceability into the fabricated part
- Welding to WPS / WPQR per EN ISO 15614-1, inspection and test plan per EXC class
- Dimensional check, NDT report, weld map and EN 1090 declaration of performance (CE mark) per assembly
- Surface: shot blasting Sa 2½, zinc-rich or epoxy primer, full paint systems to ISO 12944 C3–C5, or hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461 (arranged)
- Trial assembly in the shop for complex structures; marking and packing by erection sequence
Export packing
Assemblies are sized for 40' HC and open-top containers (12 × 2.3 × 2.4 m) or flat-racks, bolted sub-assemblies where welding would exceed the box, bolts and consumables packed with the kit, erection drawings in the first container; oversize pieces by breakbulk from Derince or by truck to Iraq and the Caucasus.
Pricing and lead time
Fabrication is quoted per ton of finished steel by complexity (simple frames 400–700 USD/t above material, EXC3 structures and stainless more), with blasting, painting and galvanizing as separate lines; a drawing or model with a bill of material is enough for a firm offer within three working days. Lead time 3–8 weeks by tonnage.
Frequently asked questions
Are you certified to EN 1090?
Yes — EN 1090-1 EXC2 with EN ISO 3834-3 welding quality; EXC3 with project-specific procedure qualification.
Can you fabricate from my drawings?
Yes — from drawings, IFC or Tekla models; our drawing office produces shop drawings and can detail connections.
Do you galvanize fabricated steel?
Hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461 is arranged with a partner plant 20 km away and included in the offer; blasting and painting are in-house.
How do you ship a mezzanine?
As bolted sub-assemblies sized for 40' HC or open-top containers, marked by erection sequence, with bolts and drawings.
