Privacy policy

This site collects data only when you send a request for quotation or contact us. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.

What we collect

The fields you type into the RFQ or contact form (product, quantity, destination, company, name, e-mail, phone, notes), the page you sent it from, the time and your IP address for abuse prevention. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP, URL, user agent) for 30 days.

Why and for how long

To answer your request and, if an order follows, to perform the contract. Requests are kept for 24 months; contract and invoice data as long as commercial and tax law requires (10 years in Türkiye).

Who sees it

Omega Çelik (Istanbul) as data controller, its London office, and the freight forwarder, inspection body and bank involved in an order. Data is not sold or used for marketing lists.

Fonts and cookies

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font file is requested. The site sets no cookies.
