What is Trapezoidal sheet 27/150?
The 27/150 trapezoidal — T27 in the Turkish trade, close to the European T20/T27 wall profiles and the South African IBR — is a seven-rib sheet with 27 mm-deep trapezoidal ribs at 150 mm centres, a 1 050 mm cover width from a 1 250 mm coil, and flat 100 mm-wide pans between the ribs. The geometry is chosen for walls: the shallow ribs give a near-flat, architectural face that reads as vertical lines, the wide pans take the fixings at every purlin, and the sheet stays flat and straight in long lengths (to 12 m) without oil-canning. On a roof it spans 1.5–2.0 m between purlins at 0.50 mm — enough for the close purlin spacing of trusses and for re-roofing — but it drains less water than the 38/151 and needs a steeper slope (min. 10 %). Its third role is as liner: the inner skin of a built-up insulated roof or wall, laid over the purlins, with the insulation and the outer 38/151 sheet above, or as the ceiling sheet of cold stores and halls, usually 0.40 mm galvanized or 9002 PPGI. Material is DX51D galvanized (Z100 for liners and dry climates, Z140–Z275 exposed) or PPGI in the stock colours; 0.40 mm for walls and liners, 0.50 mm for roofs, 0.60 mm for long spans and wind. We roll T27 on the same lines as our other trapezoidal profiles and supply it with corner, eaves, verge and window flashings folded from the same coil, colour-matched screws and foam closures.

Walls are usually 0.40–0.50 mm PPGI 9002 or 9006; liners 0.40 galvanized; roofs 0.50 mm.
Lengths and stock
T27 in galvanized 0.40 / 0.50 and PPGI RAL 9002, 9006 and 7016 in 0.40–0.50 mm is rolled continuously and available in 3–7 working days in any length to 12 m; other colours and 0.60 mm in about two weeks. Flashings, closures, screws and rivets ship in the same load.
Fixing, lapping and detailing
On walls fix through the pan at every girt with 5.5 × 25–32 mm self-drilling screws (two per sheet per girt on the outer ribs plus one mid-sheet), stitch side laps at 500 mm; on roofs fix through the rib crests with 5.5 × 55–65 mm screws and EPDM washers at every purlin, side lap one rib, end lap 200 mm with butyl sealant. Cut with shears, nibbler or cold saw. Corner, window and eaves flashings are folded from the same coil and colour; foam closures seal the rib voids at the eaves and ridge.

T27 vs T38 vs corrugated
The 38/151 is the roof profile — deeper ribs, 2–3 m spans, better drainage; the corrugated 18/76 the traditional short-span sheet. T27 is the wall and liner profile and the economical roof at close purlins. For long spans and deck use, the 45/333. The overview puts them side by side.

Export and packing
T27 sheets travel in packs of 30–60 with paper between coloured faces, strapped on timber with edge boards and PE-wrapped, each pack labelled with profile, material, gauge, length and count; a 40' HC holds 2 800–3 200 m² of 6 m sheets (≈ 13 t), sheets over 12 m go flat-rack or breakbulk from Derince. Flashings are bundled separately. HS 7210.41 / 7210.70 or 7308.90.
