Sandwich panel quantity calculator

Area in, panels out: number of panels at your length, packs for loading and gross weight. Weights are typical EN 14509 values for 0.50/0.50 mm skins; the offer states the exact figure.

How the numbers are worked out

Panels = area ÷ (cover width × length), rounded up. Packs = panels ÷ panels per pack (8 for 150–200 mm, 10 for 80–100 mm, 12 for 40–60 mm). Gross weight = area × kg/m² plus about 2% for packing. A 40' HC takes 9–10 packs of 11.8 m panels; a 13.6 m truck takes 11–12 packs.

Next step

Send the result with the colour and destination on the sandwich panel page or the RFQ form.
