From drawing to production
Send a DXF or sketch with dimensions and tolerances, material, thickness, length and yearly quantity. Our tooling office checks formability (bend radii ≥ 1t, minimum leg lengths, springback), proposes strip width and material, and quotes tooling and unit price. Tooling (3–6 weeks) is built and kept in-house for your repeat orders; first-article samples are sent for approval before the run. In-line punching, notching, embossing, cut-to-length and end-forming are added as needed.
Materials
- Hot-rolled HRPO S235JR / S355MC 2–4 mm (structural and trailer profiles)
- Cold-rolled DC01–DC04 0.5–3 mm (painted or plated after forming)
- Pre-galvanized DX51D+Z140–Z275 (most profiles)
- Zinc-magnesium ZM250–ZM310 (outdoor, solar, agricultural)
- Pre-painted PPGI, any RAL (visible profiles, film-protected)
- Stainless 304 / 316L 0.5–2 mm, mill or polished
- Aluminium 5754 / 6xxx on request
Tolerances and quality
Per EN 10162: dimensions ±0.5 mm (≤ 50 mm) to ±1.0 (> 150), angles ±1°, straightness 1 mm/m, twist 1°/m; tighter on request. First-article inspection report, in-process checks every 100 m, and EN 10204 3.1 for the strip.
Pricing
Unit price per metre or per ton = strip material at the relevant band (galvanized, cold-rolled, stainless, ZM) plus forming, punching and cutting; plus one-time tooling. Typical: simple hat or channel from galvanized strip 15–30% above the strip price per ton; complex multi-bend or stainless profiles more. Firm quote from your drawing within two working days.
Bands from our weekly export list (September 2026), FOB Istanbul, full-container quantities, excluding freight and certificates. Firm price per project on RFQ within one working day.
Export and packing

Frequently asked questions
Can you make a profile that is not in your catalogue?
Yes — that is the point of this page: send the drawing, we design and build the tooling in-house (3–6 weeks) and roll it from 5 t per run, keeping the tooling for your repeat orders.
What sizes of oval tube do you make?
Flat-oval 20×10 to 100×50 mm, elliptical 30×15 to 120×60, D-shape 25–80 mm, walls 0.8–2.5 mm, in cold-rolled, galvanized or stainless 304, lengths to 8 m.
What is the minimum order for a custom profile?
5 t per section in steel (2 t in stainless), plus the tooling, which is invoiced or amortised over the first orders.
Which materials can be roll-formed?
Hot-rolled HRPO to 4 mm, cold-rolled, pre-galvanized, zinc-magnesium, pre-painted (with film), stainless 304/316L and aluminium — bend radius at least 1× thickness.
Can holes and slots be punched in line?
Yes — punching, notching, embossing and end-forming are integrated in the line, so the profile arrives ready to assemble.
How long does tooling take?
3–6 weeks depending on complexity, then first-article samples for approval and 7–12 working days per production run.
