Tanks, silos, ducts and curved roof structures can be pre-formed in Dilovası and shipped as rolled shells or bent profiles, saving fabrication hours at the destination.

Plate rolling
Four-roll machine: up to 40 mm thick × 3 000 mm wide (pre-bending included), minimum diameter 1.5 × roll diameter; cones and ovals possible. Shells are tack-welded and shipped nested. Section bending
Pipe and hollow section up to 200 mm, HEA/IPE up to 300 mm, angles and channels — bent to radius for canopies, arched hangars and handrails. Tolerances per EN 1090 EXC2.
